Charles Philips and Larry Ellison are good when it comes to this. I was part of PeopleSoft and we fought long and hard. But the major shareholders settled for the offer after Oracle raised it to more than 150% of its original offer and almost 18 months later. Keep your fingers crossed for a higher bid and sell after 1 year... :-)
