I quote from the page Suresh referred to earlier: «Usually too much of accuracy is not needed, unless something very minute is to be analysed from the chart, very precisely in terms of 'time of fructification'. [...] So in practice, at normal conditions, a few seconds or a minute or two that way - this way of the actual time of birth does not make much difference in astrological analyses.» -- ams
