My spouse and all FEF's (fish-eating-friends) have always made a
beeline for Grand Hotel in Cochin for their Karimeen, which they say
is superb. I always felt that if one had to separate the fish from all
those bones, it must be worth the effort. However, recently other
eateries may be doing the dish just as well...?
