Could you describe (what sounds like) your negative experience in the past at Fireflies? I confess I have only been there once and some aspects of the facilities were lacking. But, overall, I thought it was quite good. You DO NOT have to rub shoulders with the left (or right) wing intelligentsia if you do not want to at Fireflies. Nobody forced me to wear khadi.
