Also, Madhu, as you must have experienced with some of your staff...at some level, sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from smartness. I have come across many people who do some tasks but profess incompetence at others. Most ofen, it is less of a hassle to do that task and let them get on with the rest, than change the employee. This results in their steadily doing less, and me doing more....I think I am being had, but I am not sure....!
