That's been the attitude of quite a few teachers. Science, maths, English or
whatever. I was lucky to have some very good English teachers, and managed to
flunk + bare pass my way through the rest of my subjects, leaving me with an
abiding distaste for both science and maths. And a lot of affection for
English literature.
Oh well.. if that were different I would be reading sciam rather than Sir
Walter Scott (when I'm not reading Louis L'Amour)
