These people claim to be safe and government licensed recyclers of e-waste. 
They have put a bin in my house. They even pay a nominal amount for waste - 
but I have never collected any money from them.

People are welcome to either contact these chaps directly, or make sure your 
e-waste reaches me so I can hand it to these people when they come around. 
They accept used dry cells and fluorescent bulbs too apart from the usual 
junk.
