i have a scooter whose tyres keep getting punctured often (very shitty roads in nairobi). i have seen these anti-puncture compounds being sold in some places, a sort of liquid that you pour into a deflated tube and then fill it up with air.. do these things actually work ? are they dangerous in some way ?
