Indi Joes is a chain found at least in Bangalore and Hyderabad that serves "tex-mex" cuisine. I don't need to tell you that it's a pale comparison to any palate that's used to the real stuff. However the ambiance is nice, and at least in the one I've been to in Bangalore their happy hours are really long, and really happy. Hyderabad apparently doesn't need booze to remain happy, so ...
