My criteria: comes with a cell phone attached. There's no point having an instant camera if there's no instant sharing available. Resolution doesn't matter as long as its a glass lens that has a sense of depth of field.
And in that respect, the Nokia N95 and successor N96 are the only candidates I'm aware of. If only they came with QWERTY keypads.
