The closest fit is Rajeev Chandrashekhar, who after selling out of large portions of BPL, has decided on a political career, and as an elected MP, takes an abiding interest in 'ICT'. He asks a lot of formal questions, which have to be answered by Ministry staff, and contrives to be in most TV talk shows on the subject as a Parliamentarian and an expert.
