The closest fit is Rajeev Chandrashekhar, who after selling out of large
portions of BPL, has decided on a political career, and as an elected MP, takes
an abiding interest in 'ICT'. He asks a lot of formal questions, which have to
be answered by Ministry staff, and contrives to be in most TV talk shows on the
subject as a Parliamentarian and an expert.

However, handle with caution. Check with Ram about the person if you want to
know more.
