This would be a good idea - and given the brushstroke work would prefer a font that looks like brushstrokes / calligraphy rather than one of the neat ones like Trajan
Smooth, flowing lines for the lower stroke of the M, that stroke into a stylized (and fine brush stroked) cocktail glass. With say a slice of orange or something on the rim rather than an olive? Keep the logo in dull mossy green, add a splash of color with the orange (or whatever other brightly colored fruit you can stick atop a cocktail glass .. maybe just a small splash of paint for a cherry on top?) > > Hard to ignore the olive when it comes to cocktails.
