nope. at least 60% of online transactions on www.cry.org are from overseas donors. just choose 'foreign national' at the bottom of the form at: http://www.cry.org/mainapp/shop/donation.aspx if that doesn't work you could try www.america.cry.org or i'll have someone contact you and sort it out. -- 'Optimists refuse to acknowledge reality.
