Right. :)

So far my Airtel prepaid has failed in Ladakh (no prepaid phone will
work there, due to security concerns -- but it did work in Srinagar
and Kargil sometime back) and places with no signal.  I've heard them
ringing in places where the only things visible were snow and other
frozen people.  Ok, it's worked in some major cities also.  When I
lost phones (twice), they issued and reactivated new SIM cards with
little hassle (postpaid with erstwhile Hutch was a royal PITA), so
guess I should be a little loyal too.

But then I'm a rather successful antisocial, so phone is no big
deal.. except that I could never use phone as GPRS modem.
