the subject is risk - if you are worried so much about a bomb or a couple of gunmen or a map printed in a foreign newspaper , you should be worried and equally enraged about tainted water and naxalites to start spewing names and drawing pyramids. 100 people dead in a city because of a bomb vs 200 people dying in rural villages because some corrupt govt official built a septic tank next to a well - which one is easier to address ? clearly its more difficult chasing a corrupt official in your backyard than some nameless in a foreign country for which the available intelligence is half baked.
