that stuff.
.. if any of it is left in the tanker after trucking it across the country..
most water tank trucks I've seen in indian cities leak so heavily that they
lose a quarter of their load just through leakage (improperly sealed tap
valves, rusty body etc).
[in which case they'll probably fill it up with regular water and nobody knows
or cares about the difference]
