Barking at BJP only will not do. Every political party that rules India needs to be barked at if you ask me. I echo similar thoughts Vinayak has put forward. Offlate, I find it disappointing that most of folks on silk-list have been bashing only one party BJP.
Remember the case where acid was put on girl in Vijaywaada in Andhra Pradesh when Congress was in power there ? Renuka Chowdhary will not comment or do anything on that case or anything that happens in Congress ruled states and neither that she will be punished for that traffic cop case. There were similar cases to what is happening in Karnataka and ones of more serious nature than these in the North east India, where rampant conversion and atrocities on Hindus goes on unabashed. I've heard and known some stories since my father lived there for two years. Please note that most of these states are ruled by Congress and the people are still tricked or forced to elect them again and again. And media doesn't report it. They are being urban centric, anti-BJP and not anti-congress from most articles, reports that appear every-day. Another case that points to media crapping, loathable sickular division and making wrong case of Hindutva goons is here: http://offstumped.nationalinterest.in/2009/02/08/mangalores-real-shame-talibanization-of-national-media/ -- B On Mon, Mar 9, 2009 at 5:55 AM, Vinayak Hegde <[email protected]> wrote: > On Mon, Mar 9, 2009 at 1:51 PM, Suresh Ramasubramanian > <[email protected]> wrote: >> The other alternative is to vote Yeddyurappa, Modi and others of their ilk >> out of power.
