Seems to be where people around the world spend their money, not the country's spending itself. So I guess it is a bad thing that India attracts even less money from people around the world than Pakistan. But I'm surprised to find that locally brewed/grown alchohol and tobacco respetively from Pakistan is bought more by people than from India (Nigeria also seems to satisfy the connoseiur's tastes for alchohol and tobacco better than India). Wonder if the terrorism financing fledging marijuana export of our neighbour somehow figured into the tobacco figures :) Kiran
