I see you're using gmail and there is a setting which gets every email address you mail or get mail from automatically added to your contacts list. So after maybe a month after this setting is on, you should have most of the regular posters on your contacts list. Then just use twitter to add contacts from gmail and you should be on your way :) Kiran
