Sounds good. Google maps tells me that the Mission is relatively

Assume you're talking about Yank Sing, for dim sum, but they're only
open for lunch, right?
Alas, I fly out to Europe on the 5th...
Since you're arriving on the 4th, consider finding the fireworks. They
usually start going off around 9:00pm.
