OSDD is the Open Source Drug Discovery initiative from India. However, their mailing list has been rather bland, and uneventful, and lots of focus about getting rid of T.B. I suggested they contact the openmanufacturing group for discussions on how to build the tools to build vaccines and other pharma drugs, but nothing ever came of that.
