Doctors, who are brought up to memorize a whole lot of Latin and Greek words during their training cannot resist linguistic one-upmanship on an unsuspecting bunch of cranks and real patients. "Phantosmia" is technically only as correct as "adjust-maadi", The "Phantom" part is Latin, and "osmia" is Greek. shiv
