Most OEMs have an application which downloads all the necessary drivers and updates them frequently. You just need to go online and download it. If that doesn't work, just go to the dell website, give your model number and it should give you a list of all drivers you need and you should be ready to go. If that too doesn't work, just call Dell and tell them the serial no printed on a sticker which should be at its base and they should be able to help you. Kiran
