Yeah. This November was the 25th month of the walks. Though, there have been
more walks than 25. The count is 1 walk every month, but May, June and
December 2008 had 2 walks each, and August 2008 and August 2009 had 3 & 4
walks respectively. January 2009 saw a total of 6 walks.

No. More people means better, longer, more fun walks. When we start the
walk, I/the organiser gives out the route we are going to take, and perhaps
a brief description of the area's history. After that it is pretty much up
to individuals to do what they want to do. Some people linger over one
particular area, others walk in cluster towards the destination. And so on.

The Chennai Photowalk is not a club/organised society. So no registration
required. Just come to the starting point of the walk within IST limits of
the time we set. Photowalk announcements are made on my blog[1], on the
Chennai PhotoWalk blog[2] and via Facebook and Flickr groups[3]. I also
tweet photowalk announcements. Vatsan, who is now organising the photowalks,
also tweets the routes. The two of us also send a mail to a small bunch of
people who we know aren't on Fb and Twitter or have specifically asked for
email reminders.
