Don't know of any with that functionality. While some add-ons/TB3 allow you to add names beyond the reply-to address (for instance if the mail is from a mailing list, but the reply-to address is the sender's address), and even have "Reply to List" functionality, the opposite is not something I have seen.
Have a look at this add-on called Virtual Identity: https://www.absorb.it/virtual-id
It is not the easiest add-on to get the hang of, and is a bit complicated even if you RTFM. It has a feature called Smart Reply which, _I think_, can be used to ignore the reply-to address. I haven't used it for this purpose, but it might work.
The other option, of course, is to always use Ctrl+Shift+R (reply to all) on *all* occasions and to delete the inappropriate addresses *each time*. At least that gets you checking the addresses.
