One way I serendipitously found was to live far away.....when I read the newspaper online, I was struck by how much is quite irrelevant over a period of time...when I return to India, I find myself glossing over a lot of the newspaper.
But I agree that the info about when I won't get water in my taps or electricity in my home is very necessary :) Deepa.
