I'm willing to go with the influences that impact the show, just as we're willing to consider the influences of the Mahabharata and Ramayana in our films. I'm not entirely happy with the ending of the show either, but that's a nitpick given that it was quite engrossing on the whole over five seasons. In any case, that wasn't the point I was trying to make, just that the Amory Wars is a very interesting space opera, if one were inclined to write it as a television series instead of concept album after concept album. -- Sumant Srivathsan http://sumants.blogspot.com
