I can confirm that a US visa is sufficient for Mexico and that Indonesia and Kenya will provide visas on arrival to holders of Indian passports. I did require visas for Turkey and Taiwan when I travelled there in 2009, and Kenya requires a yellow fever vaccination, also available on entry provided you don't mind the delay that causes.
