And in Saudi Arabia there will be a token Saudi son of the soil involved in
the deal - you never get to see him, his name on the paper is all that
matters, that and the 5% you send his way.

In Tamil Nadu I believe that translates to having a member of the "savior of
the tamils" family involved in any transaction deemed large enough.
