There are some names you can mention on a list of stochatic terrorists mention will not earn you an autonamtic, god-mandated death sentence. Certain other names will do exactly that. And you have provided a great example of just how effective stochastic terrorism is by naming names that are safe to mention without earning an automatic death sentence.
