I have been fortunate to have a professional coach and a life coach
over the last 7 months or so and I have to admit, I was rather
sceptical when the process began but I can whole heartedly recommend
this for everyone. And in particular, if you have hit a plateau of
some sort.

I can't say why it's American (maybe it's a culture more willing to
ask for assistance?) but I think it's something that has tremendous
potential to help. It did change my life.
