I have been fortunate to have a professional coach and a life coach over the last 7 months or so and I have to admit, I was rather sceptical when the process began but I can whole heartedly recommend this for everyone. And in particular, if you have hit a plateau of some sort. I can't say why it's American (maybe it's a culture more willing to ask for assistance?) but I think it's something that has tremendous potential to help. It did change my life.
