I was recently in chennai and went to a big mall where I saw a lot of
really short skirts and such in store displays - and also on sale in
large numbers inside the stores. But -- I actually did not come across
a single person wearing these skirts. So my question is who actually
wears these clothes -- the large variety on sale indicates there are
buyers -- but where do they wear them to ... are there 'exclusive /
elite' places that one must go to see these elusive skirt wearers ?
