That's fine - but is his argument that the entire reason for the development of single purpose computing appliances is the copyright lobby looking for a more viable way to do DRM? Sure looks like it, and he's got a point. So did the blind man who grabbed the elephant's trunk and thought it was a hosepipe. And so did the other blind men.
