What kind of problems?
Usually when I aggressively remove large chunks of text, the quoting
indent disappears and the remained quoted text becomes part of the
message body. This happens more often near the start of the message,
as if I'm deleting some hidden formatting code. I end up undoing and
redoing the deletion a number of times until I manage to get it right.
I realize I'm not explaining it as well as I should, sorry.
I also use Thunderbird (as a downgrade from Eudora), and it is exactly
this sort of hidden formatting/unexpected behaviour that leads me to top
post instead of properly interleaving text.
I am not interested in moving onto Gmail or the cloud.
