It's funny in hindsight, but in the blighted automobile economy of 80s
India it used to be the hottest thing on two wheels on Indian roads.

It was a badly engineered, knock off of not that great a Yamaha
motorcycle that had a lot of performance and safety features removed
for cost efficiency. The enormous demand for it should have educated
the automobile manufacturers about the unsatisfied demand in the
market, but strangely they failed to catch on.
