Second, thank you for the gentle nudge about my website. My website sucks, alas. It's a group blog that used to work more or less OK, but we had to move off the open-source group blog platform we were using because of bit-rot as the community around it evaporated. So we moved to Wordpress, with much effort, and fifty million things broke, and I've never found the heart or energy to do find time to fix them. Despite nearly 1,200 posts, some of which are awesome, in its archives, my website is kind of an embarrassment. Most of the archives are virtually unreachable. Sigh. The Pains, in my opinion, works best as a PDF, because there is a lot of page design, as well as the 12 full color illustrations. I'll send you a DRM-free PDF when I get home tonight.
