Zabiha is not about food. It's about how to kill so that the filth (blood) 
drains away.

Sikhs do not eat halal meat because they believe that halal meat comes from 
animals that have been made to suffer before death. The eat "jhatka" meat. 
Jhatka is a sudden blow that kills instantly. You will find traces of blood in 
jhatka chicken, but not in halal chicken.
