You'd print the display and the (organic) logic along with the battery and
the photovoltaics layer as a sandwich, on thin, flexible glass
or polymer. Make it spintronic, and use an interferometric modulator
display, and it's fully static, and takes next to no energy even
when active.

Make it from common, nontoxic elements, and you don't even need to 
delaminate to recycle.
