As I said you can either be sad or angry. There is helplessness, no doubt, but there is also uncaring foolishness. The IPL idiocy is headline news even as there's no water to flush the loo. People are too used to the dirt and sickness to be bothered by it. This is a land where a dip in the Ganges purifies, even if it means one emerges from a dip right into a bloated carcass of a water buffalo.
