I am based in Mumbai. While I am not as great a connector as Udhay, I have hosted a few gatherings that I call "Random Access" and have introduced people I know to each other. Sometimes, they were in the same organization, but had never met! I do know a few interesting people in Mumbai who would enjoy such pop-ups.
