Acting on the responses to the "Subtitles for movies in Bengaluru" thread in this groups earlier I have created a list after consultation with some of my friends in Delhi (Cheenu and Prateek who will be creating a similar mailing list for Delhi pretty soon). This will benefit the hearing impaired community in India in places like Bengaluru and Delhi.
