I haven't been to Manila but from the pictures, I'm hazarding a guess that
its population density isn't very different from Bangalore. If the median
age is <25, that's a whole mess of people who are fit enough to be
longboarding or cycling to school, college, and work, for several years to
come.

Cheaper. Faster. More Flexible. More fun.
