Give your daughter the gift of "letting her be" as it were so that she can
write untrammeled by well-meaning but unnecessary adult intervention.

One thing I do suggest is that she subscribe to Maria Popova's newsletter
where all sorts of lovely writing surfaces.  And that she read the Paris
Review online.  The writer's interviews are quite cool.
