Hi Bob: I've experienced . . . Improved lung function, I usually have difficulties in winter, asthma and congestion; improved overall winter health; topical use: skin rash alleviation or improvement. It seems to have a pretty subtle action, esp if you haven't any acute health issues. Some of my friends who have taken it while dealing with flu symptoms of various sorts have experienced dramatic and quick improvement from CS I have made. Mary
