Now thats a very good question. The quality we are all looking for originates from the purest distilled water, the best quality silver electrodes and a good well designed electronic gadget. Most people will be using water from the health food shop without knowing how it was prepared, there are several ways to get distilled water. So what is distilled water? Essentially it is produced finally from dry steam. Essentially it is prepared from uncontaminated water. A distillation sets out to remove all the salts of minerals in the water and this is best achieved through a silver pipe (other metals can be used).At boiling point most of the gases are also removed but will be further adopted back into the water at a later date. To remove them it is necessary to bump the water in a second distillation, close off all vents and allow the water to totally cool without oxygen. To avoid further reabsorption of gases can only be achieved (so far as I know) by using straight from the closed off receptacle or by preparing and using instantly. So while pure water is obtainable, it is only a temporary thing. In order to set up parameters of preparation of a colloidal silver that can be duplicated and duplicated would need the same conditions each time. The electrodes Essentially pure or as near pure as possible, probably 99.99% is attainable. They should be quite straight. They should be cleaned with wet baking soda after each use. The electronics need to be achieved by someone in that business. So really, it all comes back to the water so far as I am concerned its quality is difficult to constantly reproduce except under most stringent and time consuming controls. How to get the right ppm can only be done by ascertaining the ppm of your first brew and then duplicating the process and the time exactly each time. Theres a lot of guess work if you have no access to the right apparatus. How long? Even that will depend on the quality of your electronic device but also how much are you making at once. A glassful?, a litre? Lets say four minutes for a large glassful should produce the level you desire. Anyone else got something to contribute? I think these basics really do need cleaning up. A message I got some weeks ago from Jim Bare referred me to Schauberger and a comment that most distilled waters available are collected from large turbine processes. Hope thats some help.
