It is a lot less complicated that way, and a service of kindness. A lot of
people don't want to bother with making it themselves and don't mind
buying it at a tremendous reduction from the retail cost. A lot of folks
feel $50 a gallon is a great bargain, and really, it is. The retail might
be as high as $400 or more. This is very affordable for most people.
Those who can't afford it at this price can receive it as a gift
(according to need), which is balanced by those who are able to afford it.
This way it is possible to recoup the expense of materials, delivery, etc.
Even at $50 a gallon, it is hard to "break even" if you are giving a lot
away. But it is important that folks have it, I think. Freedom from the
established medical system is essential for those who are seeking health,

Personally, I think that as long as the concentration is consistently
below what would cause a Herkx (detox reaction) you are ok. I try to get
my solution consistently between 3-8ppm. It is, at best, an aproximation.
No one has ever mentioned problems with this method, in regard to being
too weak to get good results, or too strong and causing a detox reaction
of significance. I have always used a rather complicated method and try
to stay to it as close as possible (within reason). It would be a good
idea to be more precise if one is planning to "go commercial". If you
can get testing done for the reasonable amounts you quoted, it would be
fairly easy to make batches of 100 gallons at a time and have it tested
by the batch. That is about two days of production runs using 4 of my
units simultaneously. If you were to use a final filtration step
(utilizing a .1 micron filter) and multiple filters, this would take
some time and effort, but greatly improve the product. My two cents.

Also, if you are "going commercial", there are a couple of things you will
have to do. First, you will have to start a business entity. Second, get
insurrance. Third, get a lab/kitchen authorized by local/state health
officials. Fourth, likely have the rep from the FDA drop by for an
inspection on a regular basis, or have your state/local agent accept the
responsibility. When I talked to them, I did so from the
standpoint that they had no jurisdiction over a pure mineral element, and
as long as the method didn't vary from the period prior to 1938 it was
considered a "pre-1938 drug" and was without restrictions in regard to the
right to manufacture it. Which threw the ball into the court of the state
department of health. I am still toying with the idea of getting the
"lab" certified. If you have a thoughtful and conscientious local/state
agent, he can be very helpful in this. For me, the cons outweighed the
pros, at least for now. It appears to be very do-able on a small scale, at
least in Indiana. As laws change, the window of opportunity will slowly
shut for the commercial market. I am leaning toward teaching people to
make it for themselves and am working on making a video tape to instruct
them to do so.

The labeling is pretty basic in Indiana and does not require stating the
ppm or particle size. The FDA will try to get you to submit your labeling
information for their approval. However, if the above manufacturing
requirements are upheld, this is outside their jurisdiction...you do not
have to comply. I chose not to involve them, why get it started? At one
point all the ducks were in a row and I was set to get on-line in about a
week. Had to postpone. Maybe some of this information will be useful to
someone else.

Thanks Nancy, good information I can use!

God bless you and your family!

BTW...there is an excellent new book out on diet by Dr.Rex Russell
entitled "What the Bible Says About Healthy Living". It is a thorough
analysis of the Biblical laws concerning diet and nutrition, done by a
Christian Doctor who was cured from severe diabetes by following this
orientation. My copy is in the mail, just ordered it today. You can get it

radio broadcasts by brother Russell available for just $15. The book is
just $20. What a bargain. Thank God, it is just what I need!
