Jack, I am with you on the cs and want to thank you on the book referrance (Lalitha).......BUT.......it was Schultz (not schwartz...right) that I got the on again/off again approach for the echinacea. It is a very recent article too. I guess even the experts are in disagreement on this one. :) Reid, you don't really drink that stuff with the silver film floating on the top of it, do you? Correct me if I am wrong List, but aren't colloidal particles supposed to be suspended in the solution uniformly, without precipitation (or very minimal precipitation)? One time I left the generator on longer than planned and had two transformers in parallel used for power. The solution looked like a cesspool, sludge floating on top, silver "slime/film" , etc. Man, I clogged several coarse filters, and then fine ones trying to salvage it. Ended up throwing it on the plants, good plant food ya know. Funny how Becks device is good for plants too. :) Hey, to each his own.
