Thanks for the good news about your progress! Sounds Great! I am sorry to not have a lot of documentation on so much of this stuff, but I am largely going by experience and what I have read. I did not index everything I have come in contact with that seemed authoritative or on the mark. It would have been too time consuming for me, so I try to go by memory, and experience. I just pray and try to use common sense, paying attention as I go. :) Anyway, we have taken it on empty stomachs and with meals for several years. It works both ways. If someone has any sensitivity to it, or an infection of some sort in the stomach, or an acute infection in their body, taking it with a meal seems to "buffer" the entry into the system. It appears to us that this is a more gentle introduction to the system. It is also aparently an aid to digestion, it eliminates fermentation, which in turn reduces gas/indigestion. Also, for those with lyme, hiv, cancer, etc.....here are some links to check out a great approach to treatment of these problems.
