Greetings to the LIst! Fellows, the rating for "3 nines" pure fine silver IS 99.999 (or .999). It is NOT 99.9, that would be one nine silver.
Would it be easier for you if I mailed my protocol to you? I already posted it to the rife list some time ago. There are others who are making yellow-gold variety colloidal silver on this list, who would probably be willing to share theirs as well. Others have standardized their own protocol and have made appropriate tests in regard to ppm, and particle size.
