To get it into the lungs, a mister/spray bottle can be used along with
coordinated breathing exercises! Sometimes they don't look all that
coordinated though. :)
I just heard something interesting from Tom Harrelson, a veteran researcher
in electromedical applications.

I had the privilege of experiencing the some of the hydrotherapy methods of
Dr.Richard Schulze today. I followed the instructions and made adjustments
as needed. It was incredible.
I fell like I lost ten years in two hours. The site to find out about these
